Are you and your partner passionate about hospitality and tourism, skilled in administration and maintenance, and ready for a hands-on role during the upcoming busy peak season? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to manage the Bay of Islands Holiday Park, a beautiful retreat located in Haruru, just minutes from Paihia.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Administrative and Maintenance Skills: Proficiency in both administrative tasks and a broad range of maintenance duties.
• Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage projects with attention to detail.
• Problem Solving: Effective at resolving issues and handling conflicts.
• People Management: Experience in leading teams and addressing health & safety concerns.
• Technical Skills: High level of computer proficiency, preferably with online booking systems experience.
• Guest Interaction: Enjoyment in interacting with guests and handling both indoor and outdoor tasks.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and drive park improvements.

Key Criteria for Applicants:

• New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa
• Valid New Zealand Driver’s License
• Current first-aid certificate (or willingness to complete)
• Commercial pool operators’ certificate (or willingness to complete)
• Ability to obtain both a police check and a working with children check
