Our 10 acre tree sheltered Park is bounded by a trout fishing stream. Try the country atmosphere, with Restaurant, Hotels and Shops only 2 minutes walk away. Mount Cook, lakes & river fishing, gliding and golf all close by. Our park is situated on State Highway 8, between Mount Cook and Queenstown. If you are a fisherman, there are several rivers and lakes in the area, and one of the reasons it’s a great place to fish is because there is almost always a river or lake in perfect condition somewhere in the district, whatever the weather may be. For the golfers, Omarama has a 9 hole golf course, within walking distance from our Park. The airfield base for gliding is just 1 kilometre away. Appaloosa Horse trail riding, 4WD and mountain biking trips also operate from Omarama, or of course you can just relax and unwind, and enjoy the pleasant surroundings of our Park. The Omarama Hot Tubs, 500metres away from the park are a perfect way to end the days activities. Wireless internet available. We are an ideal stopover in the winter for skiers traveling between the Mt Hutt/Ohau and Wanaka/Queenstown skifields.
