Opotiki Holiday Park

Small, quiet, family owned park situated near the banks of the Waioeka river and a 200m walk to Opotiki town with cafes, restaurants and shops. Launch a boat or kayak 100m from our park at the wharf and travel on the river 1.5km to the sea for some superb fishing. Cycle or walk the beautiful new Motu cycle trails from the wharf to Snell beach. Alternatively follow the easy dunes trail, to the old Motu coach road and Pakihi track (for the more experienced riders). At the park enjoy a dip in our pool while the kids play on our adventure playground.

Park Information

At Opotiki Holiday Park there is a variety of activities both onsite and in the surrounding area. You can surfcast from the local beaches or try your luck for a Kahawai off the wharf . Bring your boat and head out to sea for some of the best fishing in the area. Alternatively try a dip in our pool while the kids amuse themselves on our adventure playground. Bring your own skateboard/blades/BMX to practice your skills on the adjacent skateboard park
