Ngapae Holiday Park is a fully refurbished Holiday Park situated amongst the Te Aupouri Forest with Te Oneroa a Tohe – 90 Mile Beach – on the doorstep.
We provide non-powered, powered camp sites, basic cabins ( beds only), ensuite cabins and fully self-contained cabins.

We have accommodation options to suite most budgets. We offer free wi-fi and a newly renovated toilet and shower block with free showers. For some family fun we have kayaks for hire on-site and direct access to the walkways going in both directions towards Opua and Paihia. For the more adventurous we can arrange tour bookings and courtesy pick up and drop off from the holiday park when you go on an organised tour. At the end of a day exploring, relax in our heated pool and enjoy the view over the bay.

Welcome to Bland Bay Motor Camp. In 2013 the camp underwent renovations to the facilities.  Further Redevelopment is planned, thereby enhancing the Bland Bay experience for you.

Whangaruru Beachfront Camp is situated on the shores of charming Parutahi Bay just inside the entrance of the Whangaruru Harbour, and between Oakura Beach and Ohawini Bay. (Three stunning beaches for the price of one).
Guests have the use of a large fully equipped kitchen. Good clean men’s and women’s shower and toilet blocks and a camp laundry that has washers and dryers available. We have a comprehensive Camp kitchen that contains, Fridges and freezers, hotplates, Convection ovens, toasters, electric kettles, and microwaves.
We have a small Camp Store that stocks the basics, such as: Ice Creams, Cold drinks, Snack Foods. Ice, Salt Ice, and Bait. Tinned and Packet Foods, Milk and Bread. Personal Care Items like Shampoo and Conditioner, toothpaste and tooth brushes etc. Also, some fishing and hardware products, Pander’s and Aqua Shoes and some wet weather games.
Kayaks are for hire, with life jackets. These vary in price depending on the length of hire and the size kayak you hire. We also have anchors available to hire for our fishermen. A boat wash facility and fish filleting bay are available for campers use.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery and activities, you won’t be short of things to see and do during your escape to Whananaki Holiday Park. Whether it be relaxing on Northland beaches, kayaking on the estuary, hiking the nearby scenic tracks or, fishing for your next big catch, there is something for everyone. The local Whananaki Beach store is conveniently situated right next door, with all the supplies you need for your holiday, including takeaways, fishing supplies and dive fills and Gas Bottle Swap. There is also a boat ramp just 400 metres along the road from the camp.
