We are seeking a couple who are:

· Confident overseeing the day-to-day operation and presentation of a property

· Comfortable working independently as well as alongside an established team
· Professional and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience
Previous experience in successfully managing similar facilities would be an advantage.
Experience with the Seekom Property Management System and online travel agencies (OTAs) would be an advantage.
Each couple works as an independent contractor, undertaking approximately 160–180 days per year on a 10-day rotating roster, providing a great balance between work and time off.
