We’re on the search for a passionate and motivated Holiday Park Team leader to lead our team at the Whakatāne Riverside Holiday Park. In this role, you’ll be leading a small enthusiastic team dedicated to ensuring both the highest possible standards and the delivery of memorable guest experiences.
Your focus will be on leading the team through experience and example to deliver and maintain a safe, cost efficient and motivated environment geared toward providing memorable guest experiences. Your work will focus on team support, business promotion and training to meet both financial and non-financial performance indicators.
You’ll be instrumental in promoting the park through engaging with social media, direct marketing, promotions, radio advertisement and maintaining the Holiday Park website in conjunction with WDC marketing.
