We are seeking an industry experienced person for Holiday Park Manager of the Ōrewa Beach Holiday Park this is a full-time permanent position.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced holiday park or tourism professional to lead one of New Zealand’s iconic beachfront holiday parks. As Holiday Park Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and people leadership of Ōrewa Beach Holiday Park in this full-time, permanent position.

You will lead the park’s day-to-day operations, driving business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be supported by internal Council specialist teams, Holiday Parks portfolio manager, the park’s Deputy Manager and Front of House Team Leader.

You will be accountable for health and safety, regulatory compliance, industry best practice, financial performance, occupancy, and key operational and customer service outcomes. This includes budgeting, forecasting, reporting, continuous improvement, and ensuring the park operates to the highest standards.

As a key member of the Holiday Parks leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning and portfolio-wide initiatives while building strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, local businesses, mana whenua, community organisations, and the wider tourism sector.
