The Brook Valley Holiday Reserve is a “no frills” back to basics traditional kiwi holiday camp. There are no fancy features here, even the mobile phone coverage is patchy (but we do provide good Wi-Fi coverage).

Our Holiday Park is perfect for families needing to escape the daily demands of life, or for school groups and reunions. It’s an ideal location for campers, walkers and mountain bikers who will enjoy being on the doorstep of some of the best historic walks, challenging trails, and spectacular vistas in the Nelson area. Doubtful Sound with towering peaks & bush to Milford Sound, scenic alpine roads, rugged mountains & glow-worm caves or try kayaking the majestic fiord with mountains looking down.

When you stay with us you can chose an east or west coast beach – surfing, swimming, snorkelling, shell collecting, shellfish gathering, tramping and walking. You won’t believe how quiet our beaches are; the golden sands of Henderson Bay, to the crystal white sands of Rarawa Beach. Yours might be the only footprints as you stroll the sands or run with the kids to the surf.
