Exciting Career Opportunity at Geraldine TOP 10 Holiday Park – Join Our Award-Winning Team!

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time motivated hard-working couple (two people) to work alongside the owners, in the park’s daily operations, on a 10 day on 4 days off roster, giving you time to explore the area.

This is a full time live on-site position but unfortunately no dogs are allowed in the park as part of our lease. We are looking for a minimum 12-month commitment. It is hard work but very rewarding. Geraldine township is a great community, and it is not far to travel to other places, like Christchurch, Lake Tekapo, and Timaru. We are situated right in the middle of Geraldine Township, which is a plus for our park.

This role demands a hand-on approach in all areas of the holiday park and the ability to take over in the owner’s absence. We are looking for a couple who can continue the high standards, work as part of the team and enjoy working with and alongside guest, staff, and owners. The ideal candidates will bring a can-do attitude, vibrant energy, and a passion for excellence.

As a couple you will have the responsibility of front office, answering phones, taking bookings, and communicating with guests and providing exceptional customer service, creating memories for life with all guests. You will also be part of our housekeeping team, this will mean cleaning of rooms and communal areas, laundry and supervision of the team when needed. At least one of the partners must be prepared to work on the grounds, maintenance, and repairs.
