Opal Hot Springs in Matamata is looking for a Site Supervisor

Are you a responsible and hands-on individual looking for a unique opportunity? Opal Hot Springs in Matamata is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team! This role requires overnight stays when on duty and being on call for any emergencies to ensure a safe and smooth experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Support the reception staff with the daily operations of the holiday park and hot springs
✔ Be on call for any emergencies
✔ Ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-maintained
✔ Enforce park rules and assist with security when needed
✔ Undertake the required pool testing and cleaning prior to opening each day (training provided)
✔ Provide excellent customer service to guests

What We’re Looking For:

• A responsible, friendly, and proactive individual
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Basic maintenance skills are a plus
• Someone comfortable staying onsite overnight when rostered on duty

⏰Hours: Rostered shifts, including overnight stays when on duty. The hours will generally be 10am Sunday – 10am Tuesday however some flexibility will be required.
