Peketā Campground is just 5 minutes out of town, has all the breath-taking mountain and sea views you would expect in Kaikōura and heaps more. There’s plenty of room, and clean and tidy facilities are conveniently located around the campground.

Families will love the playground and Mini Golf. If you’re into fishing, you can fish or launch your kayak from the beach and it’s just a few minutes up the road to South Bay where you can launch a boat. Back at the camp there are fish cleaning stations so preparing your catch is easy as.
